DELIVERY

  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    • Normally, products in stock are dispatched within 5 working days.
    • Once your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email and it usually takes 2 to 3 days in France. 3 to 7 days in Europe. 5 to 15 days to the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@louisaleestudio.com .
  • How can I track my order?
    • When sending your package, a confirmation is sent to you by email containing the link in order to follow the progress of your delivery.
  • How much does delivery cost in mainland France?
    • For shipping costs, we ask for a flat rate of €6.90 per order for any delivery in mainland France.
  • How much does delivery cost outside mainland France?
    • For Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Greece , Iceland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Turkey, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria: flat rate of €10 per order.
    • For the United States and Canada: flat rate of €15 per order.
    • For the rest of the world: flat rate of €20 per order.

Note that for non-European countries, additional taxes may be applied at customs and remain your responsibility.

RETURN

What is your return policy ?

We accept returns within 14 days (once you have received your product). Please check that the products are neither used nor damaged. Refunds are made in the same form as purchases.

Unfortunately, and barring exceptions, our reduced-margin model prevents us from taking responsibility for returns. On the other hand, we take care of any re-sending costs in the event of an exchange.

Absolutely not. At no time do we have access to this information. Your data is perfectly secure.

How does a possible reimbursement take place?

In the event of a refund, you will receive the amount by the same means as the initial payment.
